Approach

Through a questionnaire and a direct telemarketing action, we interviewed 100 target companies in the industrial sector to understand the real positioning of this brand and its products. The result showed that the product high quality and reliability and the company Japanese origins, are the grounds for the consolidation of long-lasting business relationships over the years.

Thanks to a strong partnership with the Ebara work team and a direct dialogue with the sales managers of the European brances, the new visual allowed the company to speak about it Japanese origins. Ebara also highlighted the avantgarde and technology of its product, associated with the “Netsu to Makoto” philosophy of the founder Issei Hatakeyama, which means “anything can be communicated to others if you treat them with enthusiasm and sincerity.
