WEB DEVELOPER

WordPress Specialist
On-site at our headquarters, with the possibility of partial remote working
We are looking for a Web Developer specialising mainly in WordPress, with full stack skills, to join our development team.

You will work in the web development team and closely with the creative and digital marketing teams, in a dynamic environment that encourages discussion, professional growth and experimentation with effective and innovative digital solutions.

You will be responsible for creating, integrating, testing and maintaining websites and applications commissioned by clients. You will collaborate with external resources when necessary.

You will be involved in the finalisation phase of projects and in managing interventions on projects already online, communicating directly with the client to gather their requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

The role requires a good level of autonomy, responsibility and direct contact with the client.

Requirements
  • iconAt least 2 years of experience in the role, preferably gained in web agencies or digital-oriented communication agencies.
  • iconDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in the field.
  • iconExcellent knowledge of the WordPress platform (development and customisation of themes and plugins).
  • iconKnowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • iconBasic knowledge of SEO techniques
In addition to technical skills, we consider interpersonal skills, stress management, analytical skills and the ability to independently seek solutions to be essential for working effectively in our sector.
Desirable but not essential skills
  • iconKnowledge, experience or interest in modern tools, libraries or frameworks (JS, CSS) for developing custom components (widgets, plugins, themes) and/or web animations
  • iconAbility to integrate innovative solutions into performance-oriented web contexts, maintaining WordPress as the basis of the application
