Due to the impact of the pandemic and the importance of its geographical position and production of typical wines, it was necessary to develop a strategic communication plan to strengthen the connection with the territory. The objective was to mitigate the negative effects of the pandemic, reopening the winery to a national public and promoting the brand internationally, with particular attention to online visibility. The plan focused on communicating the brand's values ​​to increase awareness and engagement, attracting more people to know the brand, repositioning it in the competitive context and encouraging target involvement through participation in events , online shopping and other activities.
