From idea to brand: this is how a startup is born

Bikeen is a marketplace dedicated to the world of used and new bikes, not just a means of sale, but a true incubator of cycling passion. It offers visibility to sellers and enthusiasts, promoting the use of bicycles, both traditional and e-bikes, and supporting the market and nature tourism. Its goal is to facilitate access to bicycles, improve demand and support the circular economy.

Develop a portal that went beyond the simple function of a platform, transforming it into a distinctive brand with its own unmistakable identity. The aim was to attract and involve a community of enthusiasts, thus giving added value to the project. A fundamental milestone was participation in a crowdfunding campaign, a crucial step to expand and grow the project.

By adopting the explorer archetype, we defined the brand's tone of voice and laid the foundation for the selection of colors and visual identity. From the conception of the logo to the creation of the platform's UX and UI, every aspect of the project was meticulously cared for. Subsequently, our focus shifted to the launch strategy, implementing web marketing activities and setting up Meta and Google Ads campaigns to maximize user engagement and reach.

Thanks to the application of our Magnetic Branding™ method, we reached 250,000 target users, profiled over 10,000 of them, and collected 1,600 listings published on the portal. Furthermore, 120 bicycle shops registered to promote their products. For the crowdfunding campaign, the startup achieved a pre-money valuation of €1,750,000.
